Complaints Procedure
It may happen that something does not go entirely as planned. We kindly ask you to first notify us of any complaints by emailing info@airostar.com. We will then look for a suitable solution together with you.
If this does not lead to a resolution, it is possible to submit your dispute for mediation via WebwinkelKeur: https://www.webwinkelkeur.nl/kennisbank/consumenten/geschil
In the event of complaints, the consumer should first contact the entrepreneur. If the webshop is affiliated with WebwinkelKeur and the complaint cannot be resolved by mutual agreement, the consumer may contact WebwinkelKeur, which will provide free mediation. Membership status can be verified via www.webwinkelkeur.nl/leden/.
If no solution is reached after mediation, the consumer has the option to submit the complaint to the independent dispute committee appointed by WebwinkelKeur. The decision of this dispute committee is binding, and both the entrepreneur and the consumer agree in advance to be bound by this decision. Submitting a dispute to this committee involves costs, which must be paid by the consumer to the relevant committee.
