Returns and Exchanges
At Airostar, we aim to ensure every order is delivered smoothly and to your satisfaction. Below you will find all information regarding returns, cancellations and refunds.
Right of Withdrawal (Returns)
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after the day of receipt of your order, without giving any reason.
After notifying us of your cancellation, you have an additional 14 days to return the product to us.
After a valid withdrawal, you will receive a refund of the full order amount, including the standard outbound shipping costs. Only the costs for returning the product from your address to our webshop are at your own expense. Return shipping costs depend on the carrier and the selected shipping method.
Conditions for Returns
During the cooling-off period, you must handle the product and its packaging with care. The product may only be unpacked or used to the extent necessary to assess whether you wish to keep it.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned with all supplied accessories and, where reasonably possible, in its original condition and original packaging.
- Pack the product securely in if possible the original packaging and ensure it cannot be damaged during return shipping.
- Products must be clean, complete and in good condition in order to qualify for a return or exchange.
- Do not write on the original packaging of the product!
- Do not use excessive tape on the original packaging; removing such tape in our warehouse can cause packaging damage!
- If there is writing on the original packaging, if it is damaged, or if the packaging is damaged, we are unfortunately required to order new packaging and repack the products. These costs will be deducted from your refund.
If the product is damaged or if the packaging is more damaged than necessary to assess the product, we may charge you for any resulting decrease in value. Please handle the product with care and ensure it is properly packed when returning it.
Any costs resulting from damage, excessive wear or improper packaging may be deducted from your refund, insofar as this constitutes a reduction in the product’s value.
How to Register a Return
Would you like to exchange or return a product? Please follow these steps:
- Download the return form and fill it in as completely as possible.
- Place the return form in the parcel together with the product you want to return. Make sure the product is returned complete, clean and preferably in the original packaging.
- Send the parcel to our return address: Pekstraat 4, 8211 AB Lelystad, The Netherlands
- Receive your refund or exchange
After receiving and inspecting your return, the refund will be processed no later than 14 days after the return notification, provided that the product has been received in good order or you have supplied conclusive proof of return.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method as the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

Please note: loss of value
You may assess a product as you would in a physical store. If the product or packaging is handled beyond what is necessary, this may result in a reduction in value. In such cases, we are entitled to deduct a corresponding amount from the refund.
Damaged or incorrectly delivered?
Have you received a damaged or incorrect product? Please notify us within 3 days after receipt so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
