How can I pay?

You can complete your purchase securely using iDEAL, Bancontact, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Shop Pay, or Klarna.

Can I pay later?

Yes. When selecting Klarna at checkout, you receive your order first and pay afterwards according to Klarna’s terms.

How long is the warranty on AirTracks?

All AIROSTAR AirTracks come with a 5-year warranty. This covers manufacturing and material defects. Damage caused by wear, improper use, weather exposure, or sharp objects is not included.

Are your AirTracks suitable for indoor and outdoor use?

Yes. Our AirTracks are designed for both indoor and outdoor use. Keep in mind that frequent and long-term outdoor exposure to sun, rain, or moisture may reduce the lifespan of the material.

How should I store my AirTrack?

After use, clean the surface if needed, let it dry fully, and store it folded in a cool and dry place. Proper care helps maintain performance and extends durability.

Shipping, Delivery & Stock

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping is free within the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany. For other countries, please contact us in advance.

How do I register a return?

Please contact us first to receive return instructions. Once we receive and inspect the product, your refund will be processed within 14 days.

Can I collect my order?

We operate exclusively online and do not offer pick-up options.

How can I get notified when an item is back in stock?

On sold-out products, select your preferred size or length. A “Notify me” option will appear. Enter your email address to receive an automatic update once it is available again.

How do I know if a product is in stock?

Current availability is shown on each product page. If a size or length cannot be selected, it is temporarily unavailable.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return my AirTrack?

Yes. You may return your order within 14 days of receipt. The product must be in new condition and free from damage or heavy use.

How do I register a return?

What if my product arrives damaged?

Although every AirTrack is inspected before shipping, please check your order immediately after delivery. If you notice damage, contact us within 3 days so we can resolve it quickly.

Are your AirTracks waterproof?

Yes. The materials and welded seams make them fully waterproof. They can be used on grass, indoors, or even on water. Always allow the mat to dry before storing it.
